Will my food stay fresh in transit?

We prepare your Delykit box in a way that ensures the contents to remain fresh for up to 72 hours in transit (even if you don’t need all that time -- we like to be prepared!). We also frequently adjust our packaging with added insulation and ice packs to account for seasonality and location, ensuring that your Delykits always arrive fresh and cool to the touch.

When are the delivery days?

Your personal delivery date will vary based upon your location depending on your distance to our various distribution centers.

All of your dinner kits will arrive together in an insulated box on the default delivery day of your choosing. Simply keep the dinner kits in your fridge until you are ready to cook them.

How do I track my Delykit box?

We will always send you an email notification when your box is shipped that will link you to your tracking information. You can also view your tracking number directly via your Delivery Calendar.

What do I do if my delivery is late?

Oh no! We are so sorry that your delivery did not arrive on time this week.

Despite the delay, your Delykit dinner kits should still arrive fresh and cool to the touch the next day. We pack your box with plenty of ice and insulated liner to ensure your food arrives fresh and cold through any minor delays.

Your Delykits should always be fresh and cool to the touch. If they are ever not cool to the touch, or if you do not feel comfortable preparing them, please contact us here.

How Delykits Are Shipped

Delykit always uses environmentally friendly insulation packaging to increase freshness.

Insulation packaging

Ingredients that need to be frozen are delivered fresh in a cold storage bag with environmental friendly ice packs.

Check the menu name on the label

Each menu item will be in it's own separate bag. Be sure to check the label for the menu name you are going to cook.

Fresh Ingredients

Ingredients that need to be refrigerated will be delivered fresh in a brown paper bag.

Delykit Box

Our box is designed to keep your produce fresh and refrigerated items chilled during its journey to your doorstep. Once your box is delivered, you should unpack as soon as possible and place its contents in your refrigerator.
